He encountered an unexpected emergency when my husband fell backward from his walker and hit his back hard on the floor after trying to open the door. Raul did not panic and gently engaged with Don to make sure he was ok until Don was able to be assisted in standing. This accident jarred my husband, but it also made him realize what a kind, caring person Raul is. Our thanks for an outstanding job and for being so helpful when it was needed the most.
