“Sunshine arrived to perform an annual service on my heat pump system. She arrived on time and introduced herself with a big smile. She completed her service inspection with the portion of the unit that houses the blower wheel and was replacing the exterior doors when we both heard a very loud, grating noise that I’ve never heard and that hadn’t made its debut until Sunshine arrived. What a huge piece of luck for me! Sunshine spent quite a while trying to locate the source of the noise and then working her way into the area of the blower wheel (which the manufacturer did not make easy!). She thought it might be one screw that was loose…tightened it and success! I also told her I liked to shadow service people in order to learn. As she went through the rest of the items on her service list, she took the time to explain more about my system and the function. Cierra was often my service tech before her job title change and I very much appreciated her skillset and attitude and I am now a big fan of Sunshines. The women I have spoken with over the phone have always been personable and helpful as well. You are well represented, Diversified!”
