“On 12/28/23 I called into Diversified at 4:00 PM, we had no heat from our furnace (just cold recirculating air), I didn't expect to have a tech dispatched that evening, they put me on hold for just a minute and told me they would have a tech over in an hour, great!! Sunshine called and texted that she was on her way, she was exceptional, professional, organized and efficient, best service tech by far.
