“We have had our entire HVAC system maintained each year since taking ownership of our home. Also, the technician has always serviced our gas fireplace. The maintenance gives us piece of mind in knowing our system is in good shape and will provide good service through four seasons. The technician, Leah, let us know ahead of time so we could have everything ready. Leah went right to work on our Gas Furnace and cleaned the components and changed the filter we had provided. She cleaned and checked our AC condensing unit and moved on to our fireplace. She somewhat disassembled the fake logs and cleaned each piece thoroughly. In all her work she cleaned up after herself. Leah was both professional and personable at the same time. It is such a pleasure to have good folks like Leah representing a company like Diversified Heating and Cooling.
