“Our cooling system was leaking. I called Diversified and they coached me over the phone in how to shut it all down so that the leaking would stop. They were able to schedule a repair within a few days. Sunshine came out and serviced the equipment. She was prompt, professional, kind, and a good communicator. She found and fixed the problem quickly, and then ran several tests to make sure that everything was taken care. I really appreciate the service I got from Diversified.”

“We would like to take a minute to thank Duane for his prompt attention to our air conditioner that quit in the hottest part of the summer. We had to wait less that a day for an analysis on the problem with our air conditioner. The new parts were ordered and installed within four days.
The service was exceptional. The scheduler, Cierra, was able both times to work us into Duane's into work day.
