He's great to work with, does what he can to get you up and running even when parts aren't immediately available (last time) and efficiently gets you up and running when parts are available. That was part of my decision to go back with Diversified again. I lucked out this time in that the parts he didn't have on hand were at the warehouse. He picked them up and got my AC up and running again quickly to deal with the 90+ heat.”
“I normally don’t leave reviews but I thought it was necessary in this case. It started with Jess who came out to quote me on the different options. Jess was amazing, she was prompt, professional and made recommendations without trying to oversell me which I appreciated. After the install was complete she called the next day to see how things went. I had a new air conditioner furnace and electronic filter installed by Travis and Raul and they did an outstanding job their quality of workmanship was fantastic. They worked great together and you could tell they care about their work. I did not get 3 quotes like some do, I had done my research beforehand and after Jess gave me the quote I knew it was very fair. I want to thank Jess, Raul and Travis for an outstanding job. Also this shows me how good of company Diversified is based on how great their employees were. I have comfort knowing my family will be warm in the winter and cool in the summer for years to come. “Duane came out and installed a whole house humidifier us for. He explained how the system would work with our furnace during the winter to increase the moisture in the air and reduce the static. He came back out a few months later to replace the cold air return damper motor in our attic. He was great~ very friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the entire HVAC system. “Our air conditioner went out when it was 108 degrees. I called this morning and was told they would have a technician stop by as by our troubleshooting thought it was the blower. It was the motor. Ron was done for the day and made a courtesy stop. He found a motor and replaced it. He spent an extra hr and a half after he had finished for the day. Ron is so personable and caring. He went over and above our expectations. He did all of this when he found out his home was being threatened by fire. We told him to go although he said he’ll finish this first. We can not say enough good things about his attitude and professionalism. We gave him a 5 star although deserves 10.”
