“Just had a great tune up on my gas furnace, gas fireplace, and AC unit by Kaylee. She called ahead advising of her approximate arrival time. She got right to work and explained what she was doing/checking. She exhibited excellent knowledge of her craft. I like that her tools were all organized…..a place for everything and everything in its place. Kaylee is clean and tidy. She really spruced up my fireplace, even touching up the paint and put "fire glow" sprinkles on the "logs" I hope to have her come back next year!”

“Clifford serviced our three fireplaces today. He was outstanding! He troubleshooted two of our fireplaces and got them working again. He then spent the time to explain how everything worked as we had no literature about how any of our fireplaces worked when we moved in. Lastly, he then wrote out instructions for us how they functioned.
We will definitely use Diverisified for our future needs and will ask for Clifford. We were also able to easily schedule an appointment and Clifford arrived on time.”
“David came out to see why my fireplace would not light unless I hit the switch many times to start it.
He checked wiring with a meter, blew out the line, checked pilot light area and replaced my switch on the wall that turned out to be the culprit. I have had other servicemen, one from another company out but no one could find the fault. I can’t say enough about David’s work ethic and he was very interesting to talk with too. A very nice, knowledgeable young man. He actually cared and even carried in a delivery on my deck that I didn’t know about. Many thanks, David, I am a happy camper as the saying goes! PS the office gal was very helpful and caring too! Good company!”

“Kaylee came on 8/31/23 to do the usual furnace/ac fall checkup. This year, we added the gas fireplace. Kaylee took everything apart on the fireplace, explained what she was doing, why she was doing it (to refresh the embers!) and how it would improve our overall satisfaction. She tested everything before she finished. Once she did the furnace and a/c, she came back in and explained what she did with those. She was professional, extremely neat and respectful of our space. We loved having her at our house doing our annual maintenance – and it was so nice to see a GAL for a change! So thanks you DH&C for sending a great tech to us.”
“The mini-split job at our place involved a new Mitsubishi unit to be installed on the house, replacing an older unit, and adding an additional head to the second floor. Additionally, we had the older unit moved over to a detached garage. Our comfort advisor, Jess, didn’t even bat an eye at our somewhat convoluted wishes, and assured us that it would be no problem- and she was right! The install team got right to work and everything buttoned up by mid-afternoon. The work looks great, and they took pains to not track in dirt and basically make the install as clean and smooth as possible.
